Subspecialty training | ADMISSION

Admission for subspecialty and advanced training will be held in the 2nd week of September and February annually. (3.3 of the regulations of postgraduate training)

  • General requirements for the applicants: (1 of the regulations of postgraduate training)
  • Applicants to the subspecialty training:
    • Have an undergraduate degree and residency diploma.
  • Applicants to the advanced training:
    • Have a professional diploma and a license in the field.
  • Applicants must score a threshold of 70% or higher on the entrance exam.
  • To register:
    1. Step 1: Online registration: (Online registration for the academic year 2022-2023 has started. CLICK HERE to register.)
    2. Step 2: The exam schedule will be issued based on the registration data on the website http://postgraduate.mnums.edu.mn. Take the exam according to the schedule.
    3. Bring your personal identification card and proof of registration fee payment when entering the exam hall.
    4. Admission will be organized through competitive selection.
    5. Applicants who pass the examination threshold will be ranked and admitted according to the set quota.
    6. Step 3: If the applicant passes the selection process (4.2 of the regulations of postgraduate training), they are expected to register in person.
  • List of materials to be submitted: Applicants who pass the selection process must submit the following materials:
    1. Personal letter of statement for enrollment
    2. Applicant’s resume (CLICK HERE to download) 
    3. A copy of the personal identification card 
    4. A copy of the undergraduate diploma, a professional license, and a permit to engage in professional activity (notarized)
    5. 3 copies of a 3×4 photograph
    6. Registration fees must be paid
    7. Tuition fees must be paid

Applicants studying at the request of an organization must prepare the following additional materials.

  1. Official letter of statement from the organization requesting enrollment
  2. Source of tuition fees (agreements with the official and contracting organizations) 
  • For the attention of the applicants:
  1. If the materials submitted by the applicant do not meet the requirements, and the online registration is filled in incorrectly, the examination materials will be considered invalid. In this case, the materials submitted by the next applicant on the list will be verified and accepted.
  2. The registration fee will not be refunded in the case of failure to pass the entrance exam, incorrect filling of the online registration, or inadequate materials submitted by the applicant, where the fee has been paid but the examination is not attended without valid reasons.
  3. The name, field of study, and length of training of passed applicants must be confirmed by the order of the Director of MNUMS.
  4. The applicant will be considered a “student” by the order of the Director of MNUMS
